Follow prompts and make payment (up to KES 140,000)

There are several banks in Kenya today that offer M Banking services. I have used the Cooperative Bank’s M-Banking and besides the convenience it was pretty simple to use.

Select “Pay Bill” form M-PESA menu
Enter KPLC Business No. 888 888
Enter Full KPLC A/c No. e.g. 123456-01
Enter the amount you wish to pay (Between KES100 & 35,000)
Enter M-PESA PIN
Confirm that all details are correct & Ok
You will Receive a confirmation of the transaction via SMS
