How to pay your water bill using M-PESA; Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company

If you are water supplier is Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company, then you can cut to the chase. You can now pay your water bill via M-PESA as follows:

You need to be an M-PESA registered customer.
Select Pay Bill from your M-PESA menu
Enter ‘business number’ 444 400
Enter the full water bill ‘account number’
Enter the amount you wish to pay (between Ksh100 – 35,000)
Enter your M-PESA PIN
Confirm details are correct and press OK

How to register to receive Safaricom Dividends via M-PESA

To receive Safaricom dividends in your M-PESA account, please register as follows:

How to use M-PESA Prepay Safari Card

M-PESA prepay Safari Card  is an international PrePay VISA card that needs to be pre-loaded with funds, in Kenya Shillings.
To reload your card:

Select ‘Pay Bill’ from your M-PESA menu
Enter the ‘Business Number’ 541 541 (indicated on the back of the card)
Under ‘Account Number’ enter the 16 digit number of the M-PESA VISA Pre Pay Safari card
Enter the amount you wish to pay (between KShs. 100 – 35,000)
Enter your M-PESA PIN.
