The reporting dates for Chepkoilel University College for year 2011/2012 are as follows

A. First Years (KCSE 2009 Government Sponsored students and Privately Sponsored Students Program -PSSP) and All school Based Students:

Moday 1st August 2011

Reporting and registration in all the schools

Note: Lectures begin on Monday 8th August 2011

B. Continuing Students

Monday 8th August 2011

Reporting and registration of all the continuing students in the following schools:

Science, Agriculture and Biotechnology

Natural Resource Management

Business & Management Science

Environmental Studies and Education

C. Suppplementary and Special Examination: will be done from Monday 8th August  2011 to Friday 13th August 2011

Students are advised to check their resulst with their respective Deans.

D. Payment of Fees

All students are reminded that fees as indicated in their respective fees schedules should be paid by bankers’ cheque or deposited at any of the following Bank Branches Countrywide:

E. HELB Loan

All eligible students should for their HELB loans in their respective Banks before reporting

F. Accomodation:

Accomodation is not guaranteed at the College and students may be required to make private arrangements in advance.

NOTE: All 2010 KCSE Government Sponsored  Students will report in  January 2012
