Telkom fixed customers can now make calls to other landlines, Orange Mobile and Wireless numbers at only Kshs. 1/-

A customer will be required to buy a bundle for Ksh. 1,000 and receive 1000 minutes for 30 days. 

How to buy the bundle

Step 1 – Kindly top up with Kshs 1,000 or more

Step 2 – Dialing 0845# to access the voice prompt (IVR)

Step 3 -Then Dial 00#. This will read you the current balance.

Step 4 – After that the IVR will take you through the voice prompts and request you to dial 33# to purchase the bundle. It will then ask you to press 1 to confirm the purchase.

Step 5 – The customer will be allocated with 1,000 minutes for on-net calls and Ksh. 1,000 will be deducted from the customers main account automatically.

Terms and Conditions

• From 17th February 2011 Land line Users will be able to buy a Fixed bundle that will enable them to make calls at 1/- per min.
• The bundle minutes are applicable to on net calls only (Orange Mobile, Orange Wireless and Orange Landlines).
• Customer will buy the 1000mins bundle at 1000kshs.
• The Bundle is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase / activation,
• The bundle minutes do not roll over after 30 days
• On the subsequent month, the customer will have to buy another bundle to continue enjoying the offer.
• On exhausting the bundle, the customer can top up with another bundle within the same month.
• Off net calls will be charged at normal rates and will require one top up the main account.

The offer will run from the 17th of February to the 17th of May 2011.
