i was applying for funzo scholarship by helb but the net was down i didnt complete downloading the form. i tried later in the day but i was not succesful hw can i get the form now

I’ve being admitted to chepkoilel university and i’m to join coming monday. I’ve not yet received the admission letter which has the registration no. madatory in fillin helb loan. What shud i do to get the registration number coz jab waz late to release the admission results that y the letter has also delayed. Plz help

hi admin, i did my kcse 2011 and luckily jab has reserved a place for me in kimathi uni. i already have my admission letter which am filling.now, on the helb issue, do you think its tooo early to start applying for a loan? should i apply now or wait till am enrolled as a student there next month?

hi admin.nice work you are doing.kimathi uni has offered me a place in a degree program- jab.am currently filling my admission letter.is it too early to start applying for a loan? should i wait till they enrol me on the reporting day or i can just apply for one now. thnx
